Leslie is the Marketing Manager for Christy Walker & Associates. Leslie is the person behind the scenes facilitating various aspects of the listing paperwork.
As a listing client, your listing paperwork will be submitted to Leslie.  She will gather feedback on showings and share that with you, design a brochure and flyer for your home, and be available during working hours to assist in any needs you may have.
Marketing and advertising expenditures to keep your property in front of the potential buyer are significant.  Leslie creates monthly mass mailing pieces, makes sure ad copy deadlines are met, and sends your property information flyer out via courier who delivers to more than 1600 local agents at various times during the listing period.

On a Personal Note:

I grew up in Oakfield New York which is southeast of Buffalo and relocated to Lake Norman in 2000. I went to college at Kings College in Charlotte for Accounting and upon graduating I worked as a staff accountant for Allen Tate Realty in Charlotte. In October of 2006 I began working for Christy as her Marketing Manager. I truly love my job with Christy creating and designing ads for the homes we sell and understanding the websites to advertise with.

I have lived in the Denver area now for 10 years and have been able to watch it grow. I love the country feel with the convenience of shopping and dining just minutes away. My biggest accomplishment is my four year old son. I am a VERY pround mommy and spend most of my free time with him playing and watching spongebob!
